For the first time ever, PEZ MyHEAD makes it possible for you to order a customised PEZ dispenser of yourself, a relative, your best friend, colleagues or business partners.
The PEZ MyHEAD app uses state-of-the-art technology to make a 3D-printed model of your head using a single photo.

We currently ship to the EU and Switzerland.

The delivery costs will be displayed in the app at the end of the ordering process. If the product is shipped to a non-EU country, customs charges may also be payable.

You can give a PEZ MyHEAD dispenser as a gift. However, you must make sure you own the rights to the photo and don’t do anyone any harm. The person shown in the image must know that you took the photo and have agreed to its picture being taken.

Once you place an order, it will take about three weeks for the dispenser to be dispatched. The app is updated every day to show the exact dispatch date.

The PEZ MyHEAD app is intuitive and user-friendly. You start by taking a photo of yourself. For details, please see our photo tips. Next, a dispenser avatar is generated, which you can then configure. You select the face shape, hairstyle, clothing and dispenser colour. You can also reduce any wrinkles. You will only pay for your PEZ MyHEAD dispenser once you are happy with your avatar and complete your order.

The PEZ MyHEAD app is free to use. You will, of course, have to pay if you order a PEZ MyHEAD dispenser.

The PEZ MyHEAD app is currently only designed for iPhones. A version for Android mobiles will be released in spring.

Yes. Your data will be saved on the PEZ MyHEAD servers in Nuremberg and Falkenstein to enable us to process and print your PEZ MyHEAD dispenser. Your data will also be stored by Shopify for the purpose of processing the transaction. For more information, please refer to the PEZ MyHEAD privacy policy.

It’s very important you follow our tips when you take your photo to ensure that your PEZ MyHEAD dispenser resembles you as closely as possible.
You can find these pointers in the app and in a special section of our website. The more closely you follow the recommendations, the better your PEZ MyHEAD dispenser will be.
Here are the most important points. Avoid shadows and reflections on your face. Select a neutral background for the photo. Look straight at the camera, keep your mouth closed and don’t show your teeth. Whatever the length of your hair, make sure that no strands fall across your face or neck, and sweep your hair back off your face. If you wear glasses, please remove them before you take your photo. Glasses cannot be depicted in the PEZ MyHEAD app (yet). Please also remove any headwear.

PEZ uses cutting-edge technology to produce the avatar for your customised PEZ MyHEAD dispenser.
Your avatar is generated in the app using the photo you upload. It depicts the face recognised by the program in 3D as accurately as possible. Converting your two-dimensional image into a 3D depiction that can be printed is a challenge. This process transforms your photo into a figure. It is extremely important that the photo you upload fulfils the criteria in the photo tips for PEZ MyHEAD, which are set out both in the app and on the website.
If you’re not happy with your avatar, you can choose the premium version. This means a 3D artist will rework the dispenser head before it is printed to resemble you even more closely.

The dispenser head is made from a special plastic material used for 3D printing which can replicate the largest possible number of different colours. Most standard PEZ dispensers are made from polystyrene, so the surface of the PEZ MyHEAD dispensers looks different.

Your customised PEZ MyHEAD dispenser will be manufactured and packed in Austria. The dispenser bases and PEZ candy are made in Hungary.

Your PEZ MyHEAD dispenser is a design object and collectors’ item. To ensure this high-quality PEZ product lasts for many years, please note that:
Your PEZ MyHEAD dispenser is fragile and not designed as a toy for children under the age of 14. It is not intended for regular use.
Don’t expose the product to direct sunlight, moisture or cold because the material used is not resistant to UV light or moisture. We recommend storing your dispenser at room temperature.

Unfortunately, as each PEZ MyHEAD dispenser is made to order, it can’t be returned.
Please note: Consumers do not have the right to cancel contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and which are customised, personalised or tailored to the consumer’s specific needs.

With the standard version, the dispenser avatar is produced on the basis of a single photo. You can take or upload this frontal photo in the app. Then, you configure your 3D avatar (face shape, hairstyle, clothing and dispenser colour). Once you’re happy with your dispenser, you add it to your basket and place the order. The standard version costs €99.

If you select the premium version, the process is initially the same as above, but you have to upload three additional photos:
1. A frontal picture showing your chosen hairstyle.
2. A photo of your left profile.
3. A photo of your right profile.


A 3D artist will then rework the avatar generated within the app, which is why the premium option costs more than the standard version. Due to the additional production steps, the premium option costs €149.

We recommend choosing the premium option if you have a striking profile or you’re not happy with the way your hairstyle is replicated using the standard version.
