1. Organiser

The organiser of the PEZ MyHEAD prize draw is PEZ International GmbH, Eduard-Haas-Straße 25, A-4050 Traun, Austria (‘PEZ’).

2. Eligibility to participate

All persons aged at least 18 years with permanent residence in the EU are eligible to participate. Employees of PEZ and its affiliated companies as well as relatives of these employees and third parties involved in the realisation of the prize draw are excluded from participation. Sweepstake organisations and automated sweepstake services are not eligible to participate. PEZ is entitled to exclude individual persons from participation if there are justified reasons, such as violation of the conditions of participation, manipulation, etc. PEZ also reserves the right to delete any entries and exclude participants from the prize draw if they are suspected of not complying with applicable law, violating the rights of third parties, being unsuitable for minors, being racist, sexist, offensive, discriminatory or politically extremist or otherwise contrary to the spirit and purpose of the prize draw.

3. Participation

By participating in the PEZ MyHEAD prize draw and by ticking the checkbox for the conditions of participation, users declare that they agree to the conditions of participation. Participants submit their entries at their own risk. Incorrect or incomplete information will not be accepted. Proof of dispatch does not constitute proof of receipt. PEZ accepts no responsibility for lost or delayed entries.

Participation in the PEZ prize draw is free of charge. The participant only has to pay the fees for the internet connection to the websites with the raffle. Participation and the chances of winning are independent of the purchase of a product or the ordering of services.

Participation in the prize draw is via the ATB (Austrian Travel Business) dashboard link.

4. Participation period and prizes

The prize draw starts on 16 January 2025 and ends on 17 January 2025 (24:00 CET).

At the end of the prize draw, 3 x 1 PEZ MyHEAD dispensers will be raffled off among all participants. The winners will each receive two codes that can be used to trigger one free order and one free dispatch in the PEZ MyHEAD app. The codes are valid until 30 June 2025. If a person who wins does not order their PEZ MyHEAD dispenser by this date, the codes will expire and will not be renewed.

The winners will be determined at random. Once the winners have been determined, they will be notified via the email address provided. Participants are responsible for the accuracy of the contact details they provide. The prizes are not transferable, nor can they be paid out in cash or exchanged. PEZ reserves the right to award prizes other than those provided, but of the same value. Legal recourse is excluded.

PEZ reserves the right to disqualify any participant who manipulates the entry process. PEZ may modify, suspend or terminate the prize draw at any time without prior notice if this should be necessary due to force majeure or external circumstances beyond PEZ's control or, in particular, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, proper implementation cannot be guaranteed. If such a termination is caused by the behaviour of a participant, PEZ reserves the right to demand compensation from this person for the damage incurred.

5. Data protection

To take part in the prize draw, the participants must provide their first and last name, country of residence and e-mail address. After the prize has been determined and thus for the sending of the prize or the forwarding of the contact details, the participant must also provide his/her address if required. This data will be used by PEZ exclusively to organise the raffle, in particular to notify the winners.

The data of the winners will continue to be stored insofar as this is required by law. However, they will then be blocked for further use. Otherwise, all data will be deleted after the prize draw has ended.

PEZ reserves the right to report or have the prize draw reported in the media. Furthermore, the names of the winners (first name and first letter of the surname) and country of residence may be stated on the PEZ website and social media channels. PEZ must comply with the statutory provisions on data protection.

PEZ points out that PEZ cannot prevent third parties from copying the contributions posted on the PEZ website and posting them elsewhere on the Internet or reproducing and distributing them in any other way. PEZ cannot accept any liability for such uncontrollable actions by third parties.

6. Final provisions

The law of the Republic of Austria shall apply exclusively. Legal recourse is excluded. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected. They shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision.

PEZ endeavours to keep its websites and the contributions of third parties on them free of viruses and other harmful software. However, PEZ cannot accept any liability for third-party contributions in this respect.
